Minimum LAFR value in WHCER048.ECO

I looked into the CERES ecotype file and found the LAFR value 0.01 for the USWH01 and TXWH01 ecotypes. However, the minimum value for the LAFR parameter is suggested to be 0.10. I would like to know whether this is a typo in the minimum value of the LAFR parameter or not.
