Actual Behavior

Game seems to randomly freeze during screen transitions like walking through a door, opening a menu, etc.

Steps to reproduce

I can't determing discrete steps to reproduce, but on my end it happened many times even before I got to the next city over ingame. Glad I saved frequently.

Other notes

I can still hear the music playing in the background, but I hear it stop when I press the Bootstrap menu key combo. Then then I press "down" then "A" (so as to select "Reset"), the system powers off.
