Validate tool does not find GeologicMap feature dataset with pre- or suffixes

The Validate Database tool identifies any feature dataset with the term 'GeologicMap' in the name as a feature dataset on which to run topology checks, but it still reports 'GeologicMap' as missing in the validation report.

For example, a gdb with BedrockGeologicMap and SurficialGeologicMap that is otherwise Level 3, only qualifies as Level 2 because of the reported error:
