Provide documentation of and maybe helpers for updating the dataset

There are a number of operations that might be done on the level one data which would involve rebuilding a new ASDF file. These could be doing some kind of coalignment to adjust the WCS headers, or an operation like reproject where the data arrays are modified. Currently we don't document how you can use dkist-inventory to do this.
