that is, if the tile directly above an open area is damp or is an aquifer, then show the icon for it
the rationale is that dwarves can see the ceiling leaking, just like they can for walls, so the player should also be able to see
rationale needs to be documented, since this could be a controversial feature. also needs an option to turn it off if people feel uneasy about it
