Issue when creating a supersceding update of an msi

Hi,
There is an issue with installed rules when creating a supersceding update from an msi update. The preceding update only has the package level msiapplicationinstalled detection but the supersceding update will default to also having an msiproductinstalled rule at the update level too. Creating new msi updates only adds the package level installed rule so I am not sure why creating a supresceding update is adding the extra rule at the update level.
We are running v 1.4.2204.9
