Explore limits of PSAW data and check applicability of PRAW code

Looks like it will work in a way which is basically analogous to PRAW, but there are some difficult rate limits on it that will slow down anyway data ingest. We can proceed in writing the code to do this, but it may take a significant amount of time to do this before analysis can take place.
