We are currently not getting reactions from Slack. Other tools like CR do. We should add this capability, maybe if we refactor integrations for the next time.

Hey @jonathimer, I would like to work on this issue. Could you help / guide me further on this issue as to the exact motivation and fixes that the team is looking for ? Also, which part of the codebase should the upgrade go into ?
