[Bug] Random pages being loaded or correct pages being displayed incorrectly when reading things from Mangadex

I've never had this problem in the past but recently every time I load a page there is about a 50% chance that it will either load the correct page but zoomed in or it will load a completely random page/image. Some of these have been adverts for scanlation teams, random pages from manga I haven't read or downloaded, or even random screenshots/images.

I'm getting this error anytime I load a page on anything from Mangadex. I don't have this issue when using the Mangadex website. Only when reading something from them on Noboru

I think this is the problem of JPEG/PNG format

Can you send me some examples Title/Chapters/Pages where all this happens.

Don't know why you are getting random images, all images from MangaDex API

Thanks for getting back to me so soon. The titles I had this problem on were Yesterday Wo Utatte, Akira, and FLCL. It seems to happen on any page in any chapter. It works fine on other catalogues so the problem seems to just be with Mangadex.

When attempting to read reincarnated as a slime on mangadex, the app keeps loading random pages from other manga. I have NSFW off but the bug kept showing pages of Hentai. At one point, I got what looks to be a screenshot of an FBI seize page which scared me.
Edit: Looking further into this, attempting to read anything from the mangadex catalog causes this issue. The default favorite catalogs work fine though.

NSFW filter is setting only that hides/shows NSFW catalogs, there is no deeper check on this. API sometimes doesn't provides info about NSFW mangas in their catalog or NSFW pages

It would be great if it is something as simple as that considering that this issue only happens with mangadex Catalog. It's especially frustrating because mangadex worked fine 7-8 months ago. I am not exagerrating when I say it happens in EVERY manga. The current version I have that displays random pages from random manga regardless of which page/Manga I am reading is "V2". Is there Anyway that you can make an updated version of Mangadex Catalog that fixes this Issue? Also would it be possibe for you to make a Parser/Catalog for "toonily.com"?
