Setting a BSTable object to a new BSTable and initializing it causes BSTable to break #11

Example:

		var table1 = new BSTable("test-table1");
		var table1 = new BSTable("test-table2");
		table1.init();

This will result in both tables to not create the actions column

We must investigate and fix - not sure why this is occuring
