Get named Area of a sheet #178

With the NameManger you can give Areas of a sheet a name.
It would be good, to have the possibility to get these named areas-

eg.

struct NamedArea{
  name: String
  comment: String
  cells: [Cell]
}

func getNamedArea(name: String) -> NamedArea?
