Is using StationDefinedFrame is incompatible with OpenSim 4.4 or 4.5?

When I reassign the joint offset frame to the station defined frame the model file isn't opening in OpenSim 4.4 or 4.5, and I'm getting an error. Here's a screenshot of the error:

StationDefinedFrames are cutting-edge and documented as not available until OpenSim 4.6 is released. Which is to say, StationDefinedFrames are officially supported by OpenSim itself (i.e. the component is merged with OpenSim), but you must use OpenSim > 4.6 for them to work (not yet released).
