Jira support is lacking a little bit.
It just says for example that an issue has been updated, but it doesn't show what changed.

If jira sends the previous status and the new status that would be a nice addition to the messages, something similar to the emails they send:

The current messages don't show the status an issue was transitioned into.

This is a very broad ticket, which products are you looking to support @cryptic-ai? Also keep in mind cloud vs server.

I looked at the current jira provider and it was built for the server so I can work on seeing if I can update the status change message thay was reported above. I’ll also verify if the same payload will work for jira cloud and if not, look into making a cloud provider.
