I installed this Rom on Moto g5. and when it loads it is asking to start android enter your password . then it shows decryption is not succefull and going to recocery mode. this loop is ongoing. any solutions?

Easy. Just go to TWRP then go to Wipe>Format Data. But remember it will erase all your data except the OS. Just keep your files in backup
