Can only applaud one article per IP(?)

Hi,

I noticed that I seem to be able to only applaud once from my home computer. From another issue, I understood that there's only one applaud per IP allowed. This seems a little extreme, given that it's been months I last tried to clap my own article (just to test this, of course!) and e.g. multiclap wont work with it.

Perhaps the IP block can be e.g. per 24 hours or allow more than one request from the same IP?
