Mobile Safari doesn't provide HTTP_REFERRER any more #29

I'm pretty sure it used to, but for some reason iOS Safari no longer sends referrer headers, which means that the applause button is no longer able to 'detect' the page it is on.

A workaround is to use the explicit url property
