Hopefully this question isn't redundant or annoying, but what's the ruling on if this is allowed? Or at the very least detectable?

I imagine R* can't really detect this as it would seem to be shoddy internet connection, but I just want to make sure.

R* won't detect it and it's safe to use, i use it myself for years now, no worries about getting banned etc.
