Opening the latest download of the mac build from the CUO site just crashes

Same thing happens for me on M1 mac if I just try opening the .app file. However, if I navigate into the .app file using terminal cd ClassicUOLauncher.ap/Contents/MacOS and then run the file inside ./ClassicUOLauncher it opens
