This PR addresses the UI issue where certain characters and portions of letters were hidden in project's name displayed in navbar. It also fixes the issue of long project names making navbar elongated.
The proposed change involves setting a fixed height for the navbar which solves both the issues. This adjustment keeps the UI clean and ensures that the project names are legible, and doesn't affect other parts of UI.
