Footer abnormal movement in empty groups

Describe the bug

If the user not in any groups/ own any groups the footer persisting an abnormal movement in the groups page

Steps To Reproduce

->profile dropdown
->my groups
->see bug(make sure you have no groups/ your in any group)

Expected Behavior

Irrespective of the groups the footer need to be in bottom of the page

I think the issue is already resolved as I'm not able to replicate the same in my environment.

Please lmk if the issue still persists.

May be Your seeing in development.
I found in the production.
Let's wait for sometime if it is duplicated will close.

In production i saw to reproduce the issue in multiple screen but i thing there is no issue with that bottom page
