As title states, on Linux we are using 2 outputs and one is just for getting sent over NDI to OBS, so it sits behind the main output. The "Always on top" option does not work for the Main Output. Even when the 2nd output is set not to be on top, you can still see both show up at the same time. I manually have to right click the Main Output title and click move to front to get it on top of the Second output.
The second output is set up for Lower Thirds Lyrics for our live stream, so NDI is turned on and so is transparency.
So far, this issue is just on Linux, or maybe just on Linux Mint. I don't have it at home with Windows 10.
