Hi,

I am trying to install ClearMap2, while trying to create an environment, I get an error as such:

**Remove all packages in environment /home/karni/miniconda3/envs/clearmap_tmp_env:

Done
Checking ClearMap env
ClearMapUi39 not found, creating env
Channels:

  • nvidia
  • pytorch
  • conda-forge
  • defaults
  • fastchan
    Platform: linux-64
    Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): done
    Solving environment: failed

PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:

  • matplot

Current channels:

To search for alternate channels that may provide the conda package you're
looking for, navigate to

https://anaconda.org

and use the search bar at the top of the page.**

What channel can I add to install matplot for me?

Hi,

Could you please check in the ClearMapUi39.yml file that matplotlib is spelled correctly (not matplot) ?
If so, I will give you instructions to keep the temporary environment file and check there too.
