Cell Annotation Didn't Work...

Hi! I'm brand new to anything coding-related. I somehow managed to work my way through the Cell Map tutorial and get the excel file of my data, but it doesn't include the atlas label names (see image below), so I'm assuming that the cell annotation step didn't work.

My absolute lack of coding knowledge unfortunately means that I have no idea why this step didn't work or how to fix it.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

I have this too. Did you ever solve it? There are so much 'universe' in my csv. and I think there may be something wrong with the ABA_annotation.json.

Could you please let me know which version (branch and commit) you are using. We have updated the atlas in the dev branch. Also, a high number of out of brain cells can be observed if the orientation is incorrect, resulting in a misaligned atlas.
