How to generate intensity profile?

How do I generate an intensity profile using the LaVision Ultramicroscope II to perform vignetting correction?

I don't know in the Ultra II, but in the Blaze, you can select an ROI and then right-click on the image and click on add X. You usually use it when aligning the lasers.

Thanks! For now I've been using the BaSiC correction tool in Fiji which has worked nicely with the default settings (https://www.nature.com/articles/ncomms14836) but i'm leaving this open as I'd love to know how to do it without jumping between ClearMap and Fiji.
