-m parameter doesn't affect YAFU factor

When using YAFU to factor (with the -y switch), the -m parameter has no effect. It should be converted to an ECM depth (in digits) and passed to YAFU by providing that value to its -pretest argument (like -pretest 40) instead of just -pretest alone.
