✨ Support for file input elements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current file input elements is not properly styled, and unfortunately it looks wierd as it inherits styles from the input element style.

An implemented design that is consistent with our design philosphy, that looks good across all themes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
In the terms of layout, I think this would be a good approach
