If one follows the instructions:
make app PROJECT=cb_tutorial

Sessions will be broken in the new project because the template's rebar.config still points to beta-1: https://github.com/ChicagoBoss/ChicagoBoss/blob/master/skel/rebar.config#L2 where the rand_bytes patch hadn't landed yet.

I propose cutting a new release and bumping the template deps.
