As of 11/14/2019, 9:51 am, there are no 311 results with created_date greater than 11/13/2019 12:00 AM.

Open Grid query

Plenario does show results for 11/13/2019. Since it is a daily load to Plenario, results from today would not be expected yet.

Checked on the data results that Jonathan reported, it seems the data portal and Plenar.io are displaying aligned counts for 311 results. But there seems to be a disconnect between OpenGrid and Plenar.io where the data in OpenGrid returns no results (the opposite of Plenar.io). The dates returning no results: 11/13/19 and greater.

@rladines could you check into this?

Thanks, @reve0716. As it turns out, Plenar.io is not in sync with the data portal for yesterday (11/14/2019) and four records added to the on-premise 311 database for (11/13/2019) yesterday. So, something seems to be going on with Plenar.io, as well. However, that seems to be separate from the OpenGrid issue.

We do now have data newer than 11/13/2019 but seemingly not newer than 11/15/2019, even though there are data through yesterday (11/17/2019) in Plenar.io.
