Share Queries without copy/paste URL

This issue is a continuation of issue #115 . Now that there is an ability to share a query by copying and pasting the URL, we'd like to streamline this for the user by having the ability to click on an icon within OpenGrid, enter an email address and share the query directly through the app.

Like a few sharing tools, we can probably support pre-chosen social media options, such as Twitter, Facebook, etc. Perhaps even supporting Snapchat and Instagram by sending an image of the map to the services.

Also, when going through the "Share" button, we can implement a URL-shortening service so the URLs being sent are more concise.
