但是目前的文件浏览、UI 审查、KeyChain 这些功能哪个适用于系统服务？

哈哈，可能是出于工具一体化的习惯。例如想对苹果的推送进程做了解，引用库、函数符号、沙盒之类的查看还是挺爽的
