Instead of having the default welcome message on Discord, make our Checkmark bot welcome the user ONLY when he has accepted the rules.

A bonus would be to use SocialSplash to include a nice splash image with its name, picture profile, and a nice "Welcome" message.

What's needed:

  • When the user accepts the rules, make the bot post a welcome message on #general channel.
  • Uses SocialSplash to make a nice image for this welcome message.
