Description:
Implement login screen. Use the login screen design from the designs folder as a reference.

@alistairholmes Welcome to ChatAir. For the Oct 1 Sprint, we're looking to get UI done. Please feel free to get started. You may first wanna read the contribution guidelines in the README.
You'll be able to find the design for login screen within the designs folder.
