t.ly redirector test no longer works reliably

What problem has occurred? What issues has it caused?

The code in test/test_helpers.py attempts to resolve the redirector URL https://t.ly/AqjA which suddenly started failing about half an hour ago.

Informal testing indicates that it is now behind a Cloudflare CAPTCHA.

What would you like to happen/not happen?

I have disabled the test for the time being, but it should probably be reinstated in some Going forward, probably notice that you get a preview of what your post will look like below the editing pane. If your screen is wide enough, you also get a help button at the right of the editor's menu strip, with a link to the full editing help .

Given the rather pesky advertising contents I see when I curl this URL, we should perhaps simply choose a different redirector service.
