Bot answers only on one messge from user #187

How I can ignore others messages from users in conversation on one question, when users starts convo?
The Bot asks a person a question, for example 1/2 and if the person answers the first question two messages, then the bot hangs and does not send questions to the person anymore. Can anyone explain how this get around?
