I would just like to clarify that the views expressed by @nflaig are not those of https://github.com/ChainSafe or the Lodestar team. We believe respectful discourse is critical to a healthy community, and a cornerstone of Ethereum's values. Disagreements are natural, but never justify belittlement or harassment of anyone.

This statement is far (far) to general and diplomatic. As a process-oriented mind I do not like fuzzy diplomatic statements, they cost too much energy to decipher. Energy that could be spent to produce/design/create/fix.

"The views expressed are not those of chainsafe/lodestar" indicates that chainsafe/lodestar does NOT invite me to contribute.

That's what I understand.
