无法后台下载

Steps to reproduce / 复现步骤

1.点开一张图片，点击"下载"
2.最小化"Shaft"或者切换到别的软件界面
3.间隔几秒再切回"Shaft"界面

Expected behavior / 期望行为

不管界面是否停留再"shaft"或者切换到别的软件界面，"Shaft"的下载队列都能自动在后台保持下载

Actual behavior / 实际行为

在下载速度<=100kb/s的情况下，会报错Java什么什么Error什么什么IO什么什么超时(具体是什么ExceptionError忘记了，提交issue的时候下载速度在1MB/s左右，未出现上述问题)，下载队列中的对应项目会显示"已失败"

我认为这个可能导致其他下载错误，包括但不限于空档案

建议是增加一个带有progress bar 的常驻通知
