Sub folders #12
Comments
I found this issue, as well. The tool only lists the top level folders and will not allow you to actually get to any content to change needed metadata. |
Hi Guys! Thanks for the feedback! I don't usually this model of configuration folders, so I never checked this before, but there's no problem: I'm working over the version 1.1.0 and I'll fix it. Likely I'll done and share the new version it close May 2024. |
Very nice! I can see all the metadata down the whole tree now and editing folders on the Folder Content tab is quite easy. Next, it would be great if the tree could start out collapsed then we can expand as we drill into folders. Simple QOL feature. I am running into an issue with actually saving the metadata, however.. it just presents a box saying that mandatory fields are not filled. Can this also present which fields are mandatory? |
Sure of course! Basically the mandatory fields are: "Sort Name", "Forced Sort Name", "Create Date" and "Premiere Date" I can present the mandatory fields name. I just need you register it as a "New Ideia" in Discussions tab, because this issue is closed, that's ok ? |
When you have sub folders it wont see the metadata. I only goes 1 folder deep.
I have a main MEDIA folder with sub sections. In 1 folder I have more sub folders to sort everything out.
This works fine:
/MEDIA/TYPE OF CONTENT/name of the media folder/*.mp4
This will not work:
/MEDIA/TYPE OF CONTENT/NAME1/NAME2/name of the media/*.mp4
