youtube-dl may slow

Hi, thanks for this awesome project.

I found that youtube-dl is slow in my environment, and replace it with https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp (just install yt-dlp and replace the youtube-dl to yt-dlp in

CelebV-HQ/download_tools.py

Line 19 in 7796fd6

), which is much faster (50kb/s -> 2MB/s).
