Title: Add a Recommendation Tab.

There should be a Recommendation Tab to add references of people who have worked with the person whose Resume is displayed.

I just wanted to know if I could work on it under GSSOC 22. I am a first year Computer Science student and this is my first Open Source project.

Describe the solution you'd like.

In the Recommendations Tab the I will show the name of the recommender , their organisation and how they know the person whose Resume is displayed.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I have taken inspirations from LinkedIn Recommendation section . I am also attaching a mock-up of the design below.
