Quest Card Duplication

Describe the bug
In the quest deck editor if you minimize all the groups then double click a card it adds it to the deck but doesn't remove if from the quest inventory. So if you keep minimizing and double clicking you can add as many as you want and save the deck and it saves. If you remove them from the deck it does still only keep the original number in the quest inventory but the deck can save with more than you own.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Quest deck editor.
2. Minimize all groups in the Current Deck tab.
3. Double click a card in Card Catalog
4. Repeat 2-3
5. Save deck.

Expected behavior
Remove card from option in catalog on add like normal.
