Describe the bug
Banner images move too fast

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the site https://www.fivefifthsvoter.com/#/

Expected behavior
The images move too fast. I have to scroll them off the screen in order to focus on anything else on the page. The movement makes me nauseous. They change every second; humans -- well, at least this human -- can't process information that quickly. If I'm in the minority and the images must change, please add an option for users to stop the movement. (User should have control.)

This is at least a little bit tragic, because I suspect that the images are gorgeous.

(It's actually less of a problem on the mobile app because the banner text covers the images, so the movement is less disturbing. Of course, the images are covered, so they're basically invisible to the user. :/ )
