需求說明

每次寄送電子報出去時需要手動或執行 Script 整合志工平台與電子報訂閱兩邊的資料庫，來整理出一個完整的收件人清單，以便電子報系統進行開信追蹤。

希望能有其他方式整合電子報系統與志工平台兩邊的收件人清單，替換掉目前手動執行腳本的方式。
