Goal: consistency

I’d like to work on a monthly rhythm to ease some of the effort involved in event planning. I’ve contacted a few venues about this & one of them is specifically interested in being a “long-term venue sponsor.” This would allow us to plan ahead for a specific day every month.

I still want to make weekends available, but maybe it can be a single weekend event per quarter that we plan out in the world, venues tbd on a quarterly basis.

My hope is that we can get a venue sponsor to host us every 3rd or 4th Tuesday of the month. We can discuss the day of the week that works best for everyone, but I see those options as having the lowest risk of scheduling conflicts.
