merge disease (OGMS_0000031) and disease (DOID:4) #17

The definitions for disease (OGMS_0000031) and disease (DOID:4) are the same. We should only use one of the classes.

This is a good point. For DOID, does the disease mean 'human disease' only?

As far as I can tell, DOID's definition of disease is not restricted to only humans. If we want/need, we can (of course) make a "human disease" specific class.
