现在的通知如果错过了就看不到了,没有记录,之前用Windows通知的时候有
现在调整窗口大小很难在保持宽高比的情况下调整大小

问题1：系统通知，这方面有两个原因，第一个是迁移到了.NET6，之前的代码不能直接复用，第二是用了第三方的UI框架，我多次尝试恢复系统通知都没有成功，这个任务先挂起

问题2：在之前更新的3.0.2.5版本中已经修复了宽高无法维持的问题，现在可以自动保持比例了

试试这个？CommunityToolkit.WinUI.Notifications
但是Toast通知在win10以上才有，win7还是气泡
