[PROPOSAL] PIMO Play add cache support

This is a proposal to add caches load and dump support for PIMO Play.

New Caches tabs should be present near the input and output titles.

If caches tab is activated then the list of caches is display in a left side bar. items in the list could be renamed (pen icon) or deleted (trash icon). At the bottom of the sidebar a + button add new item in the list.

Business rule : all caches's names in the list should be distinct.
