Definition: Date credential was suspended

Definition: Date credential was reinstated

Element Name: Credential Suspension Reason
Definition: Field for reason of suspension

Use Case Background
CEDS currently includes elements for Credential Revoked Indicator, Credential Revoked Date, and Credential Revoked Reason. Adding these same elements for Credential Suspended will improve reporting capabilities and stay consistent with existing credentialing information.
