[NEW FEATURE] Matplotlib based Viewer #127

It would be really helpful to have a viewer based on Matplotlib so that the images can appear in documentation page and also reduce the number of dependencies.
Also, this would ensure streamlined viewer.
We could have a common function for 2D and 3D view based on buttons in applet

@chaithyagr Since this is not really an urgent issue I think we can leave this for another PySAP release later this year.
