[BUG] Move all pysap test data to pysap-data on github

Currently all the pysap data exists on ftp server, which can cause issues while connecting via any third party system (like Binder during an online run)
We would want to move all the test data to github pysap_data repository for easier access and larger uptime.

Question: I am not really an expert but if you don't really want to have an elaborate version control UI, why not dump all the data in this repo Wiki. Why have a separate repo just to push all data ?

Anyways the wiki is version controlled as well via git (though you typically can have only branch).
