Goal

Set up a continuous integration workflow that generates productivity metrics for the project.

Context

Required features

Include metrics for issues not in the backlog (if possible).
Include metrics for pull requests (time to resolve/merge).
Feature pending issues/PRs and sort them by time (descending).
Should run once a month (or at the beginning of every sprint?)

Specifications

Create the GHA worflow using https://github.com/marketplace/actions/issue-metrics
